The Valley Breeze recently did a feature for the new documentary, "I Am the Old School". CLICK HERE to read the full article about "I Am the Old School", a film directed by Jason Allard and Scott Gabrielson.
Over the past 6 months I've been working closely with Everdot Studios' Scott Gabrielson producing an independent documentary about a school we both attended. Constructed in 1914, Woonsocket High School was the first public school opened in the Rhode Island city. In the years following, it expanded in grew into the largest middle school in the northeast. In 2009, it closed its doors forever - it's contents and memories sealed off. We gained access to the now abandoned school, and are working closely with city officials and historians to chronicle the the old buildings past; through the cultural fads, technological advancements, and generations that passed through its halls.
